What is STAUD’s return policy?
We accept returns on full-price items within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Standard orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Once shipped, domestic delivery usually takes 5-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates and duties are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
To ensure fast delivery, we begin processing orders immediately. Therefore, we are unable to modify or cancel an order once it has been confirmed. Please double-check your shipping address and items before completing your purchase.
How do I care for my STAUD handbags and clothing?
Specific care instructions are located on the inner garment tag or product page. For our leather handbags, we recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to direct sunlight and moisture, and storing them in the provided dust bag when not in use.
