STAUD accepts returns and exchanges on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition with all tags attached. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or reimbursement.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Select your preferred return method to generate a pre-paid shipping label and a return packing slip to include inside your package.
Package and Ship
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or similar protective packaging and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Processing and Refund
Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, please allow 5-10 business days for your refund to be processed to your original payment method.
